Wedding Evening Info

Shuttle services from Plymouth to Helwig will be provided for those staying in town. More details to come.

The ceremony will start at 5:00 pm. Please arrive no later than 4:45 pm. This will be followed by cocktail hour and the reception, dinner, and dancing on Helwig property until 10:00 pm.

Please note that Helwig is a beer and wine only venue, with world-class Californian wine and several beer and soft drink selections to be available. While there won’t be any spirits at Helwig, there will be plenty at...

The Afterparty

The afterparty will be held at Davancy Chateau immediately after the wedding. Shuttle services will be provided to the Chateau for all of those who wish to party on. Shuttle services back to Plymouth will also be available for those keen on a quieter evening (details to come).

While the Chateau is already at full capacity for the wedding weekend, there will be limited floor space and air mattresses for those who stay late Saturday night - Sunday morning. All are welcome, as we’re sure the sleeping will be kept to a minimum.
